We value cultural humility, trust, growth, and connection. We offer individual mental health counseling, individual career coaching, clinical supervision, and presentations/workshops.

I offer virtual mental health counseling and career coaching because I am passionate about helping teens and adults navigate trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and career development.
I believe your worst days don’t define you. It is my view that we are all uniquely equipped with our own strengths. Sometimes, we may need a bit of help harnessing these qualities for growth. I am here to help you foster your strengths, heal, and live a more fulfilled life.
